Sharon has worked in the arts for over 30 years as a manager, producer and consultant alongside her own creative practice.
Sharon was previously the CEO of Rotherham ROAR, until January 2022, when turning freelance and managing an Art & Ecology project in Doncaster- Symbiosis alongside her role with YVAN. Until December 2021 Sharon was also the Chair of the Board at BEAM (Public Arts).
