Sue is a cultural producer who works in the context of the arts, architecture, public space development and spatial design. Initiating inclusive and experimental methods of regeneration such as Slow Architecture to bring about new economies of place, she has been working with Derby Museum of Making in the role of Arts & Heritage Programmer, and over the past ten years has been commissioned by Canal and River Trust to reinvigorate their iconic sites across the UK.
Sue has worked with notable international artists and arts companies in the fields of public practice, co-producing city festivals including Expo Leeds 2009 with national agency Sound and Music. Sue has been Executive Chair of Yorkshire Visual Arts Network since 2018 and serves on the Exec Director’s team for CVAN England. Sue was Artistic Director of Pavilion Media Arts from 1996-2000.
