Introducing Our New Team Members


This year we are welcoming four new members to the CVAN Team. Learn a bit more about them below.

Şenay Camgöz
Communications and Campaign Manager

Şenay is an artist and lobbyist. Her background is in policy and campaigns work in the area of childrens’ rights, mental capacity and disability. She is passionate about broadening access to the visual arts and looks forward to working with CVAN and our partners to champion and celebrate the work of our sector. 
Lydia Cottrell
Digital Marketing Coodinator

Lydia is an artist based in Leeds that creates multi-disciplinary work. She uses her interest in online space to support arts organisations in creating online content. She is Chair of Morley Arts Festival, the Director of SLAP York and the communications and Engagement Manager for Compass Live Art.
Dr Cecilia Wee
Consultant Producer, Fair & Equitable

Dr Cecilia Wee fRSA is an independent curator, educator and agitator, addressing equitable infrastructures for art and social action, working with practitioners using experimental sound, performance, visual and design practices. Cecilia is Visiting Tutor in Visual Communication at Royal College of Art and founder of tdwm studio. 
Veionella Spaine
Coordinator Fair and Equitable Programme

Veionella is a researcher, arts producer, and interdisciplinary artist. Her research sits within the fields of live art, visual art and visual culture, and primarily interrogates the artist’s ability to sustain their practices in healthy and economically viable ways. She is currently a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Producer on BA Experimental Arts and Performance at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
