Sue is an artist and Director of the visual arts organisation Green Close. She is based in Lancashire, but has worked widely across the North West as a freelance artist and cultural leader, initiating programmes such as Lancashire Witches 400 and Phoenix Rising. She is a strong advocate for creative health and is a Regional Champion of the Lived Experience Network (LENS), a sister organisation of the Culture Health & Wellbeing Alliance.
Sue is passionate about the work CVAN NW needs to do to in order to fully represent the entire arts ecology across the region from individual practitioners and artists studio groups to larger-scale arts organisations and galleries.
